Every Thrificent Box contains THREE unique pieces tailored to your style and shape. Our thrift team uses your recorded style preferences, as well as your previous item history, to build a box that always feels thrilling & magnificent.
Boxes ship at the beginning of every month, and our thrift team spends the subsequent weeks scouring the city for the perfect pieces to fill your next box. If starting your subscription mid-month after boxes have shipped, your first official subscription delivery is the beginning of the next month; however, you can still add an Immediate Thrill Box to be built and shipped quickly in addition to your first subscription delivery.
Our team hunts through local thrift shops, consignment stores, antiques markets, vintage boutiques, going-out-of-business retailers, and even garage sales across the Los Angeles area to find the perfect pieces for your next delivery.
We take your happiness and safety quite seriously. Everything included in your delivery has been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and checked for obvious tears, cracks, or defects that might cause you disappointment. Vintage items may show some wear, but nothing that would diminish their quality.
Every Thrificent subscription item carries a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and free return shipping. If you're unhappy with any of your three subscription items, you either have the option of $10.00 refunded to your credit card for each returned piece, or exchanging the returned pieces for additional pieces added to your next box. Complete the Return/Exchange form in your 'My Account' page to begin the process. Items must be received within 15 days in order to process a return/exchange. Free/Bonus items do not qualify.
While we don't think you'll ever want to cancel, subscriptions can be modified from your 'My Account' page. As long as the request is submitted before the first day of the month when your next scheduled box ships, your card will not be charged.
