How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping in the lower 48 states takes 3-8 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take 10-20 business days.

Are you able to guarantee delivery dates?

Generally, we can’t guarantee any delivery dates for standard shipping. We’re sorry about that.

When does my box ship?

We typically ship subscription boxes on the 1st of each month. If you start your subscription mid-month, you have the option, for an added fee, to have a box built for you and shipped immediately, in addition to your regularly scheduled subscription.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the contiguous US, Alaska, & Hawaii.

Which service do you use to ship boxes?

Standard shipping for boxes can vary based on where a box is going and how much it weighs, although we typically ship via USPS.

Can you have the delivery person leave my package at my doorstep if I’m not home?

This is usually left up to the person who is delivering your package. There’s no guaranteed way to make this happen, but a good bet is to put this type of instruction in the “Address 2" field of your shipping address.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $4.95 to the lower 48 states, and 12-Month Subscriptions qualify for free shipping. There is an additional $10 charge for all shipments to Hawaii & Alaska. That extra charge offsets the shipping costs we pay to get your package in your hands; it’s not a profit center for us.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

Upon receiving your thrift box, you can return or exchange any or all of the subscription pieces included. While we’re sure you’ll love every piece, free Return Shipping labels can be requested at returns@thrificent.com or by filling out the “Returns/Exchanges Form" in your “My Account" Page. You may elect either to receive $10 refunded to your original method of payment for each returned piece, or to have an additional piece(s) included in your next scheduled subscription box. Items must be received within 15 days in order to process and returns or exchanges. Should you decide to cancel your subscription before your next scheduled delivery, we will process a $10 refund for those returned piece(s). How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds are processed 3–5 days from the time we receive the returned item, usually.
